International Red Dot Award Winner 2021

The desire for safety in enclosed spaces and the need to reduce the risk of infections, were two of the main reasons for developing the Q115. The idea for the SteriWhite Air Q115 came from our managing director Dipl. Ing. Karl-Heinz Schröcker: "The focus and most important thing was always a high benefit for our customer. Highest functionality and whisper-quiet operation were indispensable.

The highly efficient room air disinfection system was designed, developed and constructed by Christoph Dengg (technology/development at STERILSYSTEMS GMBH). An “easy to use” but effective device that can also be used in private households.

Regarding to the international jury the Q115 was awarded with the RED DOT Award in the category of product design for the following reasoning: "With its unmistakable design and innovative disinfection technology, which does not require chemicals and in which neither ozone nor other pollutants are produced, the SteriWhite Air Q115 meets all the requirements for a modern air disinfection device.”

Due to the high demand, the Q115 is also being produced by our mother company, the Dr. Hönle AG, in Munich since winter 2020.
